Happy Tuesday! It’s Annie here with a project perfect for the kid(s) in your life.
Some of you may know that I have 2 young daughters and they love crafty stuff. When we visit a craft store, my girls always want me to buy them those $1 wooden mask things that come with a tiny pack of markers and I often do because it entertains them on the way home and it’s just a buck…
I was perusing the Halloween merchandise and noticed some Thanksgiving stuff and it gave me an idea. I saw a turkey mask and immediately thought of the turkey image I got last fall from Wild Flower Kids and decided to make my own turkey mask.

I also made one using Birthday Lily Ann and cut out the eye holes with a craft knife. I used the majority of an 8.5×11 sheet of cardstock for each mask and they fit my daughter’s face. I made the turkey mask and gave it to my daughter and then snatched it back so I could take a picture—she had already started decorating it as you can see. I already had the sticks and just scor-taped them to the back.
These masks also double as fans and would be fabulous, in-expensive party favors. I hope I’ve inspired you to give this a try!
As many of you know we’ve had a bit of trouble with the mailing list as of late. It seems the mailing list feature that comes with the store is having trouble with images. I’ve spent quite a few hours trying to fix and have a report into the technical support but I think what I’d like to do to handle this is use an external mailing list host. So now that I have all the technical mumbo jumbo out of the way, lol. If you’d like to be on our mailing list you can sign up using the link below. It’s also listed on the side bar if you want to sign up later. The sign up has an email confirmation so make sure you check your email and follow the links within the email to sign up!
Ugh!! I am so sorry everyone. I had a bit of technical difficulty (read operator error) with the blog for WFWC15!! I had it all scheduled and ready to post on time, early even and then it didn’t post and due to my cold medicine befuddled brain I did not catch it until just now. I’m going to extend the challenge until Friday May 28th to give everyone a chance to play! And be sure to check out the creations from the design team. They did a fabulous job and I am sooooo very sorry this didn’t go as it should have.
I hope everyone is having a great weekend and ready for more challenge fun on Wednesday!
Hi everyone! I hope you are having a fabulous Friday! It’s Share Day here at the Wild Flower Patch so that means it’s my turn to show off a few customer creations using Wild Flower Patch stamps!

I just wanted to let everyone know that the store is offline right now. It looks like the store was hacked by a spam bot and now I need to spend some time figuring out how to undo the damage.
I’ll try to have it back up as soon as possible.
