Friday Share Day

authorWild Flower Kids | October 16, 2009

It’s friday! I hope everyone has fun weekend plans. We are headed to the lake this weekend to visit with family and enjoy the Maple Leaf fesitval in one of the local towns. The kids are going to have such a good time (if my youngest can get over his runny nose).

Today I’ve got another card from Jacquie to share. She made this one using the kids from the Ghoul Friends collection (be sure to go check them out, they are on sale this week for 15% off).

Isn’t this cute! I love how she used the SCS sketch for this and did little mug shots of the kids. Very cute!

I appologize for neglecting this for a couple of days. I’ve been fighting off a head cold and had a sick little one and I’ve been plugging away at getting samples colored for some sets that are coming out very soon! I’m hoping I can get a little sneak peak up this weekend!

I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!

Friday Share Day with Franky

Franky Halloween Treat Box

It’s Friday Share day! This week I have an entirely new project to share. I’ve never made this kind of thing before and I have to say I might be hooked. I saw a beautiful example of this box over on Yvette’s blog and I had to find out where she got the instructions. She sent me over to Chicknscratch … oh my is there a lot to be learned over there.

So anyway, I wanted to use my Wild Flower Kids Ghoul Friends to make Halloween candy packages for my kids and for their cousins so when I saw this box/bag it was perfect! I used the colors from the Pink Elephant Challenge #35.

Here’s what I ended up with:

Friday Share Day!

authorWild Flower Kids | October 2, 2009

In the spirit of my son’s pre-school, I deem Friday to be Share Day! On Fridays I’m going to share the gorgeous creations of the stampers who have purchased or in today’s case WON a set of Wild Flower Kids stamps!

First up is Yvette. Yvette was one of the winners of the first Wild Flower Kids blog candy contest. She won the WFK Ghoul Friends set along with a whole slew of Halloween goodies.

She has been busy, busy, busy creating all sorts of goodies with Violet, Frank, and Rye. These are some of her creations!

Aren’t these great? She did such a fantastic job with all of these.

So a question for the day… What’s your favorite holiday?
