These swim diapers are made with an outer, protective layer of Eco-PUL. Eco-PUL is made with a "green" adhesive that is solvent-free, environmentally friendly, and releases no volatile organics. The TPU lamination film is also safe for human health. It is made in the USA and is fully CPSIA compliant.
The inner layer (next to baby's skin) is made from a wicking athletic jersey knit. This fabric is so soft and allows for breathing so baby doesn’t get a rash.

•Waterproof outer layer made from Eco-PUL - Made in the USA and CPSIA Compliant
•Inner layer made from wicking material
•One size for multiple years of use!
•3 snap rise allows diaper to grow with baby
•Machine wash, machine dry on low or hang dry, no fabric softener please.
•Can also be used as a regular diaper! Just lay an insert inside and viola! (Please remember not to use microfiber against baby’s skin though as it can irritate and dry out the skin.)
